MUST FOLLOW ALL PA FISHING LAWS

1.  Safety and good sportsmanship is our #1 goal.  See a boat or boater or fellow fisherman in need, help or make a phone call.
2. No pre fishing or bait fishing on same body of water within 12 hours of tournament.  Exp 7pm start must be off of the water by 7am.
3. All shoot out tournaments are $130 main pot and $10 optional side pot.  All regular tournaments are $70 main pot, $10 optional side pot.
4. All tournaments are best 7 out of 8 tournaments for year end points.
5. All tournaments are 100% payback, top 3 spots paying 50-30-20, and big fish.
6. Points are based on a 100 point system.  100 for 1^st 95 2^nd 90 3^rd and so on down to 10 points then 5 points per boat afterwards only for paid pointed teams.
7. If a pointed team captain is fishing the tournament then the co-captain must fish on the teams boat.  If the team captain cant fish tournament then co-captain is allowed to captain the boat that day for points.  If co-captain doesn’t captain boat and wants to fish on another points team boat he is allowed to and split points as long as the other teams captain agrees to this.  This must be stated at sign ups.
8. Lady and youth angler must state at sign ups if they are fishing on a pointed teams boat.
9. Big fish year end awards are open to the public.
10. Sign-ups must be done by 6:30 am or pm, afterwards the captains meeting will follow with the remaining 30 minutes.  *1 angler per boat must attend captains meeting in order for that boat to fish*
11. Must be back at the dock by 7am or 4pm depending on day time or night time tournament.  7:01 YOU ARE LATE AND DISQUALIFIED!
12. Live wells or decoy bags only.  NO STRINGERS
13. Must have live well checked prior to start of tournament.  You will receive a token that YOU MUST HAND IN AT WEIGH IN.  To either weigh master or assistant.  NO TOKEN NO WEIGH IN!
14. 3 or 5 fish weigh in will be stated at the start of the tournament.  Fish must be culled on your boat, only bring proper amount of fish to scale with only tournament provide bins or weigh sling.
15. All anglers must stay minimum 50 yards of fellow competitors unless an emergency then Andrew Lentz or a safety boat must be contacted.
16. Only allowed 6 rods fishing at a time, spares are allowed on boat.
17. All fish must swim away on release.  Anglers must stay with fish if fish does not swim away.  Said fish will then be put on a 10 minute timer and if fish doesn’t swim away the weight of that fish will be taken away from your total weight.  DO NOT just throw fish back and walk away.
18. No one is allowed to leave boat once tournament has started, unless for emergency reasons then you must contact Andrew Lentz or a safety boat.
19. The use of drugs or alcohol is NOT permitted.
20. Main pot total weight ties will be broke using big fish weight, big fish ties will be broke using main pot weight.  Side pot ties will be decided on main pot weight.
21. We as the Catfish Mafia will NOT tolerate cheating.  IF CAUGHT CHEATING YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM ALL FUTURE CATFISH MAFIA TOURNAMENTS.
