How to Register

VERY IMPORTANT: CAPTAINS MUST REGISTER BOTH AS A CAPTAIN AND AGAIN AS AN ANGLER!

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Upon your completing the online registration, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your registration.  In this email, there will be a link to a SurveyMonkey Survey that each Team Captains MUST complete by March 20th 2025 to validate their registration. Failure to provide the required registration will prohibit your ability to participate in the tournament.

PLEASE READ REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. 

Review the registration list below to see if your team has already been registered. If your team is NOT listed, click on "Register a New Team" and fill out the registration form.

VERY IMPORTANT---PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND: If you are an ACA member or plan to be, you MUST use the exact same name (Michael J Smith Jr. vs Mike Smith) and the exact email address you used or plan to use for your ACA membership. If you fail to use the same name and email address, your points and awards may not be properly recorded. When registering, please make sure your information is marked as an ACA MEMBER.

FAILURE TO MAKE YOUR REGISTRATION PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN YOUR TEAM BEING IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM THE LIST OF PARTICIPATING TEAMS.  

PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE ALL CONTACT INFORMATION FOR ALL PARTICIPATING ANGLERS INCLUDING A VALID MAILING ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER WITH YOUR REGISTRATION. 

PLEASE TRY TO ADD ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR TEAM WHEN REGISTERING. 

Step 1: Enter "Team Name." Please complete all required Team information. Proceed to Save and Add. 

Step 2: "Add Captian" Team Member/Captain. Please complete all required Captain information.

Step 3: "Add Captain As Angler" Captains, you must also register as a Team Member Angler. Please complete all required 1st team member information.

Step 4: "Add 2nd Angler" Add Second Team Member/Angler. Please complete all required 2nd team member information.

Step 5: "Add 3rd Angler (If appliciable) Add third member/Angler. Please complete all required 3rd team member information. If a third member has not been determined or added, you must add prior to the start of the tournament event.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, RELEASE, AND ACKOWLEDGMENT OF RISK

In consideration of SeaArk Boats Owners Tournament allowing me to participate in this tournament, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. I have read and understand the description of the tournament and the Official Rules of this tournament. I will obey all rules and understand that any violation may result in immediate disqualification without refund of my entry fee. I also understand that tournament officials may reject my application for any reason and in that event will refund my entry fee. 2. I understand and acknowledge that competitive fishing is a dangerous sport, the risks of which include, though not exclusively, drowning, collisions in the water, and injuries from hooks and other fishing paraphernalia. I voluntarily assume responsibility for these risks identified and not identified, and all risk of injury or death or damage to myself, or my property or to others, including spectators and their property arising from my participation in the tournament. 3. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify say SeaArk Boats and all related companies and each companies directors, officers, shareholders and agents personally and in their representative capacities and all other entities associated with the tournament from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in this tournament, including specifically but not limited to the negligent acts or omissions of SeaArk Boats Owners Tournament, directors, and all other entities associated with the tournament, for any and all injury, death, illness or disease, and other damage or loss to property suffered by myself or others. In signing this document, I acknowledge and agree that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged while I am engaged in this event, I will have no right to make a claim or file a lawsuit against SeaArk Boats, directors, and all other persons associated with the tournament, even if they or any of them negligently caused the bodily injury or property damage. 4. I have sufficient health, accident and liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage incurred by myself or others as a result of my participation in this event. If I have no such insurance, I represent that I am capable of paying for any and all such expenses or liability. 5. I have no past or present medical or psychological condition that might affect my participation in the tournament in such a way as to cause harm to others or myself. 6. My completing registration reflects that I have read this entire document, understand it completely, understand that it affects my legal rights, and agree to be bound by its terms. References herein to I, my, myself., and other first person references shall include any child or ward for whom I sign.

A MINIMUM OF 2 ANGLERS PER TEAM ARE REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION.

REGISTRATION: ($375 which includes $15 Online processing fee) 

The deadline for early registration is April 7th. Any registration after this date will be charged a $50 late fee. NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason after April 14th, 2024.  ONLINE REGISTRATION ENDS APRIL 14TH.  YOU CAN STILL REGISTER AT THE CAPTAIN'S DINNER ON 4/24/2025 FOR $425, BUT ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSING AT 7:00PM CENTRAL ON APRIL 7TH 2025 SO WE CAN GET CLOTHING / TOURNAMENT INFORMATION FINALIZED.
