TriState Tournament Directors 2023 Classic

Our 4th Annual Classic at Helena River Park.  If you want a little more than the average tournament experience then this is the event for you!!!!! We start off Friday November 3rd at the Wild Hog Saloon in downtown Helena.  There you can register your team beginning at 6pm, then follow it up with a great meal cooked by our own anglers!!!!!! All donations for the feast will be routed to the USSA, an organization that takes special needs families on fishing and hunting trips.  Saturday November 4th beginning at 5am late registration will occur at the ramp at Helena River Park.  registration will end at 6:45am.  Rods in the water at 7am, Stop fishing at 3pm, Be staged in the harbor by 4pm.  3 adults max per boat (kids under 16 may fish as extras)  3 fish limit (only 2 per boat may be over 34").  All local, state and federal boating safety laws will be enforced.  It is suggested to wear a PFD and a kill switch when boat is on plane.   All entrants must possess a valid fishing license for Arkansas or reciprocal states.  Entry fee is $200 per boat.  100% payback.  Fee includes tournament payout and big fish prizes.  There will be a snoopy pole side pot for $50.  Half of this pot goes to the winner with the biggest fish, the other half goes to the USSA.  You must use a manufactured rod no longer than 36" and a spincast reel no larger than a Zebco 33.  20# test maximum on line and must be monofilament. (No Braid)  To have a valid entry catch must be recorded on cell phone, go pro etc .

To Qualify for this event the boat captain has had to compete in at least one (1) event of the 8 allianced trails during the 2023 season.  The allianced trails are Mississippi Catfish Trail, North Mississippi Catfish Club, Tennessee Madcatters, West TN Catfish Anglers, Arkansas Area Catfish Hunters, Pickwick Catfish Series, Central Arkansas Fishing Community, and Mississippi River Monsters.  A qualified captain may bring guests.

Anglers of the Year of the 6 Trails will compete for the TriState AOY belts during the tournament.  If the AOY team can't make it to the classic, then the next team in points may fish in their place.
