\r\nLake Sangchris Catfish Club Tournàment Rules\r\nSign up will begin 1 hour and 30,minutes before start time and will end before captains meeting. teams nmust consist of at least 2 participants. who are in good ständing in the club.\r\n All boats will have a mininmum of 2 persons per boat. If a boat wishes to fish with a third person, that said person must be under the age of 16, or over the age of 65, or a person with special needs. An insurance waiver/release must be signed by each member before participation. Blue, channel, and flathegd catfish may be weighed.\r\n All fish must be caught by rod & reel. No other methods allowed. Only 4 rods in use per team, lf caught using more than 4 rods you will be disqualified. 5 fish limit-only 2 can be over 34\" Teams must cull fish before returning to ramp and weigh-in site.\r\n All live wells and baitwells will be inspected at sign up. Boats will be marked after inspection. Adequate livewell with próper aerátion is rfequired.\r\n No stringers, decoy bags, nets, baskets, etc. allowed.\r\n Fish mUSt be in an approved livewell atall times. Fish over 30lbs may be transfered to another boats livewell. Notice must be given to the tournament committee before\r\n * třansfer. All fish must be alive.\r\n Teams in possession of more than 5 fish, dead fish, or more than 2 fish over 34\" at weigh-in will be disqualified. No exceptions will be made. All fish must be returned to the lake alive. There will be d mandatory captains meeting 15 mins before the start of tournament. 1 member from each team must be in attendance. a chip will be drawnand number assigned. The number wilWbe used to determine launch position. Take off\r\n will occUr in groups of 5 until no other boats are present. All boats must maintain a distance of 50 ydrds from a previouslų positioned or anchored boat. 50 feet if drifting. if caught with in arms reach of another boat both boats will be disqualified. no chumming or knowing fishing of baited spots or fishing over discharge or intake cables.\r\n all participants must remain in thier boats at atl times unless an emergency occurs. the status of the tournament will be decided by the tournament committee before the captains meeting. Once the tournament starts it will be considered and official tournament. If inclement weather occurs the operator will be responsible for making any decision regarding safety there will be no penalty for seeking shelter if so. no fishing after midnight the before tournament. bait fişhing is permitted.
