Cabela's King Kat Tournament Trail

"It's A New Day"

Cabela's King Kat is dedicated to representing the Catfish Anglers in a national tournament trail.  King kat will conduct events across several states including the KING KAT CLASSIC held in the fall every year.  King Kat is 100% payback and a $110,000 Classic with total payback including two LOWE BOATS.  National sponsors have benefitted from sponsorship promotion through these tournaments in the past.  Under new ownership, King Kat will maintain existing sponsorships will partnering with esteem organizations in the catfish industry like the American Catfishing Association.  This year, King kat is excited to offer more exposure for their national sponsors and anglers alike through media and TV.  The TV production will highlight areas where tournaments are hosted which will also benefit local tourism.  

King Kat also offers a Kids Fishing Rodeos program.  These rodeos are held in conjunction with all King Kat tournaments to encourage America's youth to actively participate in the preservation of lakes, the sport of fishing, and their educational goals.  Even with all of the improvements that the organization is set to make, King Kat is still committed to give back and providing a quality experience for everyone involved in the national tournament trail.
