The Heart of Dixie Catfish Trail was founded in 2020 by a small group of anglers determined to promote and grow the sport of catfishing in our region of Alabama. We are based out of Northeast Alabama and put on events all across central and northern Alabama.  In the first year of the trail the organization has grown from an initial 18 members to over 150 members. We are a by the angler for the angler trail. New anglers and veterans alike are always welcome and we strive to provide a friendly and fun environment for all to enjoy.
